We believe every client has their own unique needs. For that, we offer a wide variety of workouts that fit any budget and any schedule.

The best part of our plans and classes is that you know ahead of time when your training session is so planning your workout is simple and predictable. All sessions are by appointment only. 

Once you complete your initial assessment and introductory workout, the only thing left to do is pick your personal training plan and schedule your workouts with one of our world class coaches!


Introductory Workout and AsseSsment - $25

Weekdays
4:30am – 8:00pm

Weekends
6:00am – 12:00pm

Try the gym today by scheduling your introductory workout and assessment. This includes body composition testing, mobility and posture assessments and a workout. Once you complete this initial assessment, our coaches will guide you in selecting the best one-on-one personal training plan for you!


One-On-One Personal Training Plans

30 Minute Sessions

Weekdays
4:30am – 9:00pm

Weekends
8:00am – 4:00pm

Get in a quick and intense 30-minute workout. Perfect for those trying to squeeze in effective high intensity with little time to spare. Plans start at 1 session per week and go up to 3 sessions per week.

45 Minutes Sessions

Weekdays
4:30am – 9:00pm

Weekends
8:00am – 4:00pm

The perfect middle ground and our most popular plan! You'll feel great after a full-length 45-minute workout. Plans start at 1 session per week and go up to 3 sessions per week.

1 Hour Sessions

Weekdays
4:30am – 9:00pm

Weekends
8:00am – 4:00pm

Feel the effects of a full body 1-hour workout and you'll quickly begin to see improvements in yourself! Plans start at 1 session per week and go up to 3 sessions per week.


Group Training and Other Programs*

Bootcamp

Monday - Thursday
6:30pm – 7:30pm

Our Bootcamp classes offer an alternative to one-on-one training for those who still seek results but may have a tighter budget. Our intense classes are held every week on Sundays. Bootcamp sizes are typically 6-10 clients. 

Nutrition Consulting

Staying active is only half of the battle. Eating a healthy diet is paramount to a successful program. We offer a full nutrition consulting program to help you reach that next level of healthy living.
