Houston Strength began in 2016 with the aim of developing our clients by using integrity and discipline as a foundation for our programs. We are constantly learning new and challenging ways to find balance in our training to ensure our clients get the results they want.
We offer one-on-one personal training, Bootcamp group classes, and sports performance training to all ranges of clients from youth ages all the way up to professional level athletes. All sessions are by appointment only.
